Posted on April 16, 2008 in Global warming
The environmentalists are ruining the world. Global warming hysteria has promoted bio fuels and food is being converted to fuel as a result. Moreover, the new fashion of eating so called "bio foods" in Europe (foods produced without fertilizer or pesticide - another aspect of environmentalism) has lead to lower yields and scarcity of foods. Sporting Groups And The Global Warming Front A new assessment of the threat to fish and wildlife habitat has hunters and anglers calling for action.

Across the world a crisis is unfolding at alarming speed. Climate change, China's increasing consumption and the dash for biofuels are causing food shortages and rocketing prices - sparking riots in cities from the Caribbean to the Far East. Interview with organic farmer and writer Will Allen

Allen examines the historical connection between advertising and agriculture and how toxic chemicals were marketed and sold to farmers, seeping into the American ethos as safe, effective, and necessary. Allen, who lives and write Bush Floats Goal for Curbing Warming Gases President Bush on Wednesday proposed a new target for stopping the growth of U.S. emissions tied to global warming by 2025, but environmental groups were quick to criticize the stand as merely undercutting stronger proposals in Congress and by several states.

Global warming is not pushing the robin to extinction. Au contraire: It’s expanding the robin’s range northward, into places where it's never been seen. Robins are venturing so far north that they’ve even been sighted in the Inuit territory of northern Canada, where, Sen. John McCain tells us, there isn’t even a word for the birds.
