Ponder the Maunder

A scientific response to the Ponder the Maunder web site by the Maine teenage climate change skeptic, Kristine Byrne. It corrects several significant fallacies and inaccuracies in her web site. Don't expect her to correct it anytime soon, though. Looks like her mind is already made up on the issue. SF Mayor Changing Building Codes to Permit Wind Turbines San Francisco’s Climate Action Plan aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 25% of 1990 levels by 2012. To accomplish this goal, Mayor Gavin Newsom is now focusing on small scale wind generation and strengthening local building codes.
